This Privacy Policy explains how REPPIT (“REPPIT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit goreppit.com (the “Site”), join our waitlist, or use the REPPIT mobile and Apple Watch application (the “App,” together with the Site, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Waitlist details. When you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you provide so we can tell you when REPPIT launches.
- Account information. If you create an account in the App, we collect your name, username, email address, and any profile details you choose to add.
- Training and performance data. When you record a session, we collect the activity data the App generates — such as repetitions, throw types, left- vs. right-hand splits, wrist-snap measurements, streaks, and session history. This is derived from the motion sensors on your iPhone and Apple Watch.
- Device and usage data. We collect technical information such as device model, operating system, App version, app settings, and diagnostic, crash, and usage analytics that help us keep the Services working.
- Approximate location. Where you opt in, we may use a general region (for example, state or city) to power regional leaderboards. We do not track your precise location in the background.
How we use your information
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Services.
- Calculate your stats, streaks, achievements, and leaderboard standing.
- Communicate with you about your account, launch updates, and support requests.
- Monitor for fraud, cheating, and abuse, and keep the Services secure.
- Understand how the Services are used so we can make them better.
Motion and fitness data
REPPIT relies on motion data from your devices to measure your reps and technique. We use this data only to provide and improve the training features you ask for. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising. If the App integrates with Apple HealthKit, information obtained through HealthKit is never used for marketing or shared with third parties for advertising, in line with Apple’s requirements.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:
- Public profile and leaderboards. Your username and standing may be visible to other players on leaderboards. Choose a username accordingly.
- Service providers. We use trusted vendors to host data, send email, and analyze performance (for example, cloud hosting and database providers). They may process information only to provide services to us.
- Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and property of REPPIT and our users.
- Business transfers. If REPPIT is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Residents of the EEA/UK (under GDPR) and California (under the CCPA/CPRA) have specific rights, including the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising them. Children’s privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
International users
We operate in the United States, and your information may be processed there. By using the Services, you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above, and, if the changes are significant, provide a more prominent notice.
