These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the REPPIT website at goreppit.com, our waitlist, and the REPPIT mobile and Apple Watch application (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use REPPIT only with the permission and involvement of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
Your account
You are responsible for the information you provide and for the activity on your account. Keep your login credentials secure, and let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. You may not share your account or impersonate anyone else.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Break the law or infringe the rights of others while using the Services.
- Cheat, manipulate, or submit false data to gain an advantage on leaderboards or achievements.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services.
- Upload harmful code, or use the Services to harass, abuse, or harm other players.
We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms or undermine fair play.
Your content
You retain ownership of the profile details and content you submit. By submitting content (such as a username or profile information), you grant REPPIT a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute it as needed to operate the Services, including showing your username and standing on leaderboards.
Our intellectual property
The Services, including the REPPIT name, logo, software, and content, are owned by REPPIT and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Services for their intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works except as allowed by law.
Health, fitness, and assumption of risk
REPPIT is a training tool, not a medical device, and it does not provide medical advice. Physical training carries inherent risks. Consult a qualified professional before starting or changing a training program, warm up properly, and stop if you feel pain. You are solely responsible for training safely, and you assume the risks associated with physical activity. Performance metrics are estimates and may not be exact.
Third-party links and stores
The Services may link to third-party sites and services, such as our online shop and the Apple App Store. We are not responsible for their content, products, or practices, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that metrics will be accurate.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, REPPIT and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or fifty U.S. dollars ($50).
Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Services. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
